Learn A Little About Tom
Tom Maldonado, of Walton, Kentucky, grew up on a cattle farm and worked for six years as Administrative Director for a family-owned, portrait photography business. As Tom says, “It was on the farm that I learned responsibility and the value of hard work, and in the family business that I learned the power of being organized and implementing systems.”
Tom deployed to Iraq with the U.S. Military and successfully completed over 45 missions. He studied Business Administration for three years before transferring to the University of Alaska’s Theater Department where he earned a B.A. in Theater.
Real estate is a passion for Tom, and it has proven to be a great fit. Tom has been a full-time agent since 2014 and is driven to help his clients create and defend their equity in real estate. He is dedicated to mastering the tools and marketing concepts that ensure the company’s listings get the most effective exposure to potential buyers and helping buyers find the home that is just the right fit for them.
Tom and his wife have four young children and live in Crittenden, Kentucky. They are parishioners at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Walton and Tom volunteers with the Holy Name Society.
“A typical day for me might include showing homes, negotiating contracts, providing sellers with market information, reviewing home inspection reports, creating marketing pieces for listed properties, counseling buyers, or attending closings.”
